no999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the no999 platform — whether through the website at no999.app, any associated mobile interface, or any other channel operated by no999 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and no999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any no999 services. Continued use of the no999 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The no999 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. no999 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal status to participate in online gaming in your location.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity. All no999 accounts must represent a single, real individual operating in their own name.
• You have not previously been excluded from no999 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

no999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory age verification documents have been provided. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.

If it is found that a player misrepresented their age during registration, no999 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds minus any winnings derived from gameplay during the underage period.

3 Account Registration

To use the no999 platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

no999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or through proxy registrations — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances or winnings across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Your no999 account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or otherwise transfer your account to any other party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. no999 will treat any action taken using your login details as having been authorised by you.
• You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login details with any other person. no999 will never ask you for your password through any support channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact no999 support immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at no999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). no999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit at no999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though no999 may apply additional verification requirements for large deposits as part of its regulatory obligations.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your no999 balance immediately in most cases. Processing times for IBFT and card transactions may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals are subject to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. no999 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed through the same channel as the deposit to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• no999 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees on its side. Standard fees charged by the payment provider — such as inter-bank transfer charges — are outside no999's control and may apply.
• Standard no999 withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals generally arrive within one business day.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a pending period during which the request can be cancelled by the player through the no999 account interface. Once a withdrawal leaves the pending state, it cannot be reversed.

no999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers standard compliance thresholds. In such cases, no999 will contact the player directly and the withdrawal will be processed promptly once verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

no999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated at the point of the offer. In addition, the following general rules apply to all no999 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• All no999 bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account automatically.
• no999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting remain in effect.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• no999 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or any attempt to exploit promotional offers.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the no999 platform — including Aviator, Baccarat, Slots, Live Casino tables, and Virtual Sports — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game suppliers. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and Conditions.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the no999 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your stake before confirming.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, any bets already placed and accepted before the disconnection will be settled according to the game result. no999 maintains records of all round outcomes for this purpose.
• no999 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or clear errors in the presentation of game outcomes. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game engine. no999 does not have the ability to alter individual game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are certified by independent auditors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the no999 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Attempting to exploit any technical glitch, error, or vulnerability in the no999 platform or any game
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the no999 platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or coordinating bets to exploit promotional structures
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegitimate sources
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after gambling transactions have been completed legitimately
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your no999 account

no999 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, no999 may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and no outstanding balances will be paid.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the no999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, icons, user interface design, and database structure — is the property of no999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the no999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content from the no999 platform without express written permission from no999.
• The no999 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of no999. Any unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

no999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering and using no999, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• no999 collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations including AML and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• no999 may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or for the operation of the platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and no999's regulatory obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

no999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While no999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability, no999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Planned or unplanned service downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
• Internet connectivity problems on the player's side, including mobile network disruptions
• Errors in game data supplied by third-party game providers, where no999 acts promptly to correct such errors upon notification
• Events beyond no999's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures
• Losses arising from the player's decision to gamble, which remains entirely the player's personal responsibility

In all cases where no999 is found to be liable, no999's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

no999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered no999 players and can be activated at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your no999 account. These take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased during a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified time spent on the no999 platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your no999 account will be temporarily restricted from gaming activity.

12 Account Closure

Either party may close a no999 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may close your no999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.
• no999 reserves the right to close or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering, or any material breach of these Terms.
• Where an account is closed by no999 for cause, any bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. Deposited funds that are legitimately owed to the player will be returned after all investigations are complete, subject to no deductions being required by applicable law.
• Inactive accounts — those showing no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month after the inactive period, applied against the remaining balance. Players will be notified by SMS or email before any such fee is applied.

13 Amendments to These Terms

no999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, no999 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification on the no999 platform, an SMS to your registered number, or an email to your registered address.

Continued use of the no999 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using no999 and close your account before the changes take effect.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the date of last update displayed at the top. We encourage all no999 players to review these Terms periodically.

14 Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of the no999 service, you should first contact no999 customer support via live chat, providing full details of the issue. no999 is committed to investigating all complaints fairly and responding in writing within five business days.

• For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, please provide the game name, the date and time of the relevant round, and the round or transaction ID where available.
• If you are not satisfied with no999's response to your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to no999's compliance team. Details for escalation will be provided in no999's initial complaint response.
• These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of no999 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which no999 holds its operating licence. The applicable jurisdiction will be specified in the licence documentation available upon request.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.
